How to post JMBR exercise

How do you guys classify the workouts when putting them in your exercise log for the day? I want to find accurate calorie burn but am unsure how to categorize the workouts. Circuit training maybe?

    I just call it cardio because I have an HRM and enter my calorie burn from that. Just to let you know, my HRM is much lower than what MFP would calculate, in case you eat 100% of your exercise calories. I just did workout 6 and burned 222 calories, for comparison's sake. I know some other people get much higher burns than I do, with different HRM's or using MFP's calculations.

    What is HRM?

    HRM is an abbreviation for a heart rate monitor. Love mine! Would totally recommend one if you are active and work out, strength train, etc.
