I have not been doing any challenges. My house got hit by the plague. Everything seems to have normalized now and am hoping to get back at it... unless I've been wacked already. :-/0 -

I didn't think I had been doing challenges but reading your reports, perhaps I have been without knowing.
I cook a healthy dinner pretty much every night for my kids and I. Some nights we have cheese sticks and fruit but I'm trying not to do that as much!
Yesterday I walked just over 9000 steps. I started my c25k program. I couldn't get through the whole thing but I did about half. I walked the parts I couldn't jog.0 -
Today I completed 150 step ups.0

Heck yeah! sometimes these challenges are more than just strength and endurance. Some of the challenges are mental and of the spirit. Don't underestimate your ability to do things.
ALSO, There is no way we are whacking you just because your household was hit with a wave of porcelain worship. lol.0 -
I just thought you ladies would like to know that even though that even though I only have weigh in numbers for half of our people... right now our group weightloss is 18.7 pounds!!!! How crazy awesome is that!?!?!0

Thanks for be patient for my report out. It was not fun trying to get on the web in the hotel we were at so I gave up. I couldn't remember what I posted and what I didn't so I thought I would put it all in just to be sure it is all there.

10-May Turkey sandwhich on WW bun, Lettuce and Tomato. 6.78 miles

12-May traveling minimal walking.

Posted for the 14th challenge, did not do the 15th challenge had a stomach bug, and today getting over the stomach bug but was able to push out 100 cross crunches and a few other workout moves here at home.0
