I was down 1lb this week but ive been away the last few days and while i really tried to make good food choices im not sure how well it worked. Im going to have to make serious changes for the rest of the week if i want to continue to loose.0

Slow to post here, but I did weigh in on Sunday. Down another 1.9 pounds this week for a total of 8.9 since starting this challenge. Congrats to everyone for doing so well!0

The scale finally moved for me since I have been riding my bike to work!
Week 1: 155
Week 4: 153
Only 2 pounds lost so far, not a lot but I'm just happy the scale is finally moving!! Lets hope it keeps moving!!0 -

Total Body Water: 90.4lbs (up 3lbs from 3 weeks ago)
In summary - the scale weight doesn't tell the whole story.
I've added water weight (you can't burn fat if you're dehydrated), I added muscle (because I lift heavy weights) and I reduced my body fat mass and %.
This is why you can see changes in your body even if the scale doesn't seem like it's moving.
