I am on day 2 of moving away from dairy and meat and toward unprocessed, whole, plant-based foods. yay! It is so nice how many awesome websites there are to learn from.
I found this website linked from the Forks Over Knives website; the author contributes to the blog there, but she has her own awesome website too. I like that she is a mom like me, so I trust her recipes to be family friendly. check it out!

Hi everyone
I just joined MFP and love it. We started eating vegan 2 yrs ago (my husband and I) and I love to cook.
If anyone is interested you can check out my Facebook page called Plant Based Plate. I post what I am eating on there and links to recipes that I have made and liked.
Thanks

I'm new to this as well, about a month in now, and am obsessed with new recipes & different sites & blogs. My favorites are ohsheglows.com & http://www.dgmgv.blogspot.ca/
I'm obsessed with making the perfect veggie burger & Love making Seitan. I work with a bunch of meat eaters who love to order burgers & donairs (like a gyro) to eat in the office so I knew if I was going to keep myself from being tempted I'd have to have a vegan alternative. I've even got a couple of co-workers trying out the recipes now too.0
