Heck of a transformation, that's one FDS you've lost there!!
You could have smiled a bit though ;-)0 -

Fantastic job, what a transformation. You must feel really good about your accomplishment.0
-
Well - at least I can bear to look at myself in a photo now, which is more than I could for a good five years+ before...0

A truly profound transformation that can serve as an example of the results that can be achieved. Well Done!!!0

This is just extraordinary, TBY!!!
BTW you look like Sean Connery - just a lot younger and ride much faster :smokin:0 -

Fantastic results, my friend. It's been fun and an honor to share your journey with you.0

I don't know. You look great but TheBigYin doesn't seem to fit anymore, and TheLittleYin just doesn't work at all. Such are the problems with getting fit.
Actually, with the greyer hair, and it not tied out of the way I probably look more like the real BigYin than before... all I need to do is dye the Goatee Purple... :laugh:0 -

The pleasure's been mine Tom, and the journey's far from over!0 -
And to everyone else - thanks for your kind comments - I don't think I could have done even half of this without the support and motivation you've all provided...
Perhaps seeing this thread you may understand why it's been so important to me that I have run the challenges etc, and tried to put a little back into this community that's done so much to help me0 -
Congratulations TBY .. Great work !0

Chapeau TBY :drinker:0 -
Cheers everyone...
Have to say, I'm not sure I get the Sean Connery reference (flattering as it may be - despite him being something like 82 years old, it's always good to be compared to the real Bond, James Bond...) - unless of course, you're meaning the Sean that was dragged out of the hole in the ground at the start of "The Rock"
I did get another film reference comment which made me laugh though...
