Hey peps!! Help started yesterday and didnt loose a thing considering my cals were under my norm (I had 1200 or thereabouts)

any ideas?

What I really should of said in my last post was......I know it says that you should notice loss after one day but sometimes for whatever reason other than doing everything right it doesnt happen. Maybe see how you go after three days?0

same here, started yday and net around 1150 with 30 mins of cardio exercises and 20 mins of walking:sad:
I tink i should just wait till 2mrw before i get sad.....0 -

i lost 8 pounds after one week, just eat ONLY whats on attack list and u will get there!0

Add green tea to your attack phase... works like a bomb! Its mostly water weight, but thats what you lose in attack anyway... I drank 2l of regular water and about 3 or 4 cups of green tea. Stick it out ladies, I finished Dukan with great success!0

starting all over again and this time cutting out all dairy in the attack phase to have fast results.

lost about 4.4 pounds during the attack phase in 3 days whoop!
Lost about 6 pounds now in barely one week and just 3 days into the cruise phase!

First time on Dukan I didn't lost weight or inches till after 12 days. but then I really lost weight. So stay at it, a bit of patience. :-)0

good luck and dont focus on counting calories lol thats kind of the point of dukans is the freedom to eat and not ration0

I lost in "chunks" ... I weighed daily, but would only see real weight loss every 7 to 14 days or so.
I logged my calories just to make sure I was getting enough ! My PP days I would find myself not hungry at all... (the beauty of PP)0 -
And for the ladies........
' Time of the month' influences results tremendously !!!! Just keep going and weigh yourself after a week or further few days0
