Tracking Exercise

Hi everyone. I'm planning on starting C25K today, and I was just wondering how you all track the workout here on MFP? Do you log the walking and running segments separately? Or do you average it out?

    I log them separately, the app I use tells me my pace for each interval so I take a rough average of the running segments and a rough average of the walking segments. E.g. today (week 3 day 3) I logged 10 minutes of jogging at 5mph and 15 minutes of fast walking at 4mph.
