I DARE YOU!

Ok, so has anyone else noticed lately our group has dropped waaaaay off? Lets have some fun and try and get some group participation going!!! I propose a little 'extra effort game'; the idea goes as such:

I dare you to do 30 crunches!!!

Ok, I have put a dare out there. Now, the next person has to do said dare. Once complete, post that you did it and set out a dare for the next person! :)

    Does it count if I did double the crunches since I can't do the jumping jacks due to injury?

    Love this idea!

    I dare you to do 20 lunges on each leg, as far down as you can get :)

    Plie squats done

    I dare you to hold a pound weight in either hand (or equivalent if you don't have a weight) and hold them out so you look like a T (with a head) for a minute without lowering your arms
