So I know the general rule I see around here is to net your bmr. Well I have my calories set at 2123 (20% deficit of tdee). I don't eat back my exercise calories but I do log what I burn via my hrm. However, according to that I am netting below my bmr which is 1712. Should I eat back some of my exercise cals to at least be at bmr or just stick to eating the 2123?

Have you checked out the stickies at the top? I think this one may answer your question... http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/680246-tdee-bmr-what-they-are-and-what-to-do-with-them
What most people do (I think) is to enter their calorie burn as 1 no matter what their HRM or other things say they've burned. That way it doesn't mess up the overall total.0 -
