There's nothing to stop you describing it as 'Feminist Theory' if that more accurately describes what you get from the course.
The official title of my degree programme (it works slightly differently in the UK) is BSc Politics with Economics - but, because I'm taking some credits every year in German, I will describe it as BSc Politics with Economics and German - so I effectively have two minors.0 -
