(I actually don't know cause I started keeping my eyes closed to focus on the lifting, lol) then another 4 reps, repeat till bar is empty. Then she did it in reverse!
You know you've had your butt kicked when you can barely lift an empty bar!

Thanks for letting me know Mark! Then I did it yay! We all did a great job. I was a bit disappointed with myself for getting so close, but good thing we could include today's exercise. So I guess I am -79. What's the next challenge??? Bring it on!0 -
