    todays cbf: 13.71 :D *(might be a fluke due to no leg workout yesterday / my thighs were the only thing down on the calipers... i'm thinking less leg swell...)

    Todays results:

    from 122 > 121.4
    holding firm @ 13.71

    gunna enjoy some dill pickle chips as a treat; then back to the daily grind. . . plan on carrying my lean eating thru the wkend this wk... t minus 30 days til my photoshoot!

    for some koo-koo reason I'm TOTALLY in "sabotage" mode this week....it's my last 10 days and I can't hold it together!

    I'm ingesting 200 calories (protein shake) during the day and that is IT. But, between 6 - 8 pm, I'm somehow eating >1,300 calories.

    :(

    BAD.

    So, today, I have 10 days left, and I simply HAVE TO KEEP IT TOGETHER. No more sabotage!

    Well have a beach trip in T minus... 15 days lol. :) So I will probably do like last month a 1st - 15th -30th check in style for my specs.

    Height: 5'7"

    April 29th: 174.0
    NOW: 172.6 (-1.4)
    BF%: 26.77% (4/29)
    NOW: 26.19% (- .58%)

    Bust: 36
    Waist: 27.75 - 27.5 (-.25)
    Belly Button: 33 - 32.75 (-.25)
    Hips: 44.75 - 44.75
    Thigh: 26 - 26
    Arm: 12.5 - 12.5


    Bench press 60 70 (+10)
    Leg press 250 250 (same)
    squat 100 130 (+30)
    Deadlift 30 60 (+30)
    Overhead Press 35 40 (+5)

    So down, 1.4lbs, .58% Body Fat in 15 Days. 10-15lbs left till "goal weight" so not that bad.

    You are only eating 200 calories all day & then (essentially) binging on 1300+ calories from 6-8, is that right? Yikes. I'd die! LOL. . . i've had days where i had no time or motivation for anything but shakes, but i still have to consume like 3 of them (@ 170 cals a pop) to stay vertical :D . . .

    from 122 > ???? (didn't actually weigh in today b/c i know my sodium has been thru the roof...)
    holding firm @ 13.36 - this contiues to surprise me, i'm going to try a friends calipers later today tho, hers are new'er & i'll know if mine are getting "worn in" - which i fear is the case b/c they were relatively cheap - but we shall see :)

    t minus 23 days til my shoot - still got so many things to do!!!

    Lame on me... I have been really inconsistent with my diet and exercise... I blame it on graduation, family gatherings, and going out with my bf a lot (since he was about to leave for the summer we had been going on a lot of dinner dates). Blegh.

    New 1RM set today in almost every exercise.

    7 Days till my end of may / Day 200 weight in

    Well, "Make it Happen in May" did not turn out as I expected....more (unfortunately) of a maintenance month.....maybe even have to classify it as a "slide" month.

    I *did* get all of my work-outs in this month and, frankly, I was pretty on top of my diet. So, I cannot account for what happened.

    My weight is at 146 lbs. That's same as end of February, 2013.

    My waist is up 0.5" from last month. That's same as end of February, 2013.

    My hips are back to where they were at end of February, 2013.

    I did to TRX last night and expect there is some inflammation from that (I measured first thing this morning), but still.

    And, my end-of-April numbers were fully-fasted. The numbers I'm putting up today are fully-fed. So, there's that.

    Anyway, am glad I have pictures because, despite the scale and the tape measure, the pictures continue to look better and better.

    I'LL BE CHECKING MY WEIGHT & BF THRU JUNE - BUT ONLY TRACKING ON MY PAGE. I HAVE A PHOTOSHOOT JUNE 23RD, THEN I'LL BE @ MAINT. THRU THE SUMMER & BULKING AGAIN IN AUGUST (AT LEAST THAT'S MY PLANS FOR NOW!)

    Next month I am just going to use calculated 1RM for my stregth info, it is easier, but to be honest I was only at the gym 4 days in may and my goal is 2-3 a week, so I should have been there 8-12.
