Help Me Set My Macros

Does anyone actually have their macros set to Paleo-friendly settings? I'd love some assistance. I'm tired of seeing that I'm 50+ over on my fat/protein and 100+ under on my carbs. FWIW, I'm a 5'4 female and weigh 151 pounds. I'm relatively active, working out 5-6 times a week but at a lower level than what is typical for me because of a leg injury. I would like to lose about 10-ish pounds and still eat

Mine are set to 60% fat, 30% protein, 10% carbs. From what I've seen others post, this is pretty close to the norm for paleo it seems.0

I have mine set with 65% fat,30 % protein and 5 % carbs..it works best for me to control sugar cravings by having my carbs super low and fat high..I have managed to stay sugar free now for over 3 months,a record for me0

Stupid question...I can't figure out how to change macros. Can anyone explain where to do it?0

60%F, 35%P, 5%C. But I am almost ALWAYS over the carb limit, which is why I set it extremely low.0

I have my macros set for what I want percentage wise but am not sure as to where I should have my calories for the day set at. Any help would be appreciated.0

Mine are set at 60% fat, 25% protein, 15% carbs. I don't want to limit my vegetables, so I kept carbs at 15%. I think the most important thing is to get the good fat in every day.0

Mine are 35% carbs, 45% fat, 20% protein--I'm trying to up my carbs per Paleo for Atheletes because I do endurance sports. Before I started that, I was 25% carbs, 50% fat, 25% protein.0

I'm Primal: Mine are set to 65% fat, 20% protein, 15% carb. I generally stick to between 60-65% fat, 20-25% protein, 15-20% carb.0
