    Day 1- complete!

    I did 25 squats, stopped for about 5 seconds before finishing the last 25! I was really feeling it by the last 5-10 squats!

    I was pleased to do my 50 without stopping, although I really was feeling it by the last 10!

    Day one completed, managed 30 in one go then had a few seconds break and did the last 20

    Day 2 - 55 squats done. I added 2kg hand weights which made it much harder!

    I also did my 30/30 lunges with bicep curls as I'm still not sure whether to do the mixed lunges/squats or all squats... Will have to make my mind up soon as I'm not sure ill be able to cope with both as time goes on!!

    Day 2 complete! Did all 55 without stopping and could really feel it for those last 10. I must put more weight into my left side cause my left thigh and butt were feeling it much more. And then I did my second round of Combat afterwards and my thighs were so sore!!

    2 days down, 28 days to go.. we can do this!!!!

    Im on day three and im sooo sore i went out dancing last night so i added to it lol i haven't done the squats or crunches today I'm pretty much putting it off lol

    Day 3 complete, did all 60 straight. I still have to do my Les Mills Combat, my legs are sore and will definitely be looking forward to the rest day tomorrow.

    I think you lot are on a rest day but I'm doing the Kirsty challenge so mine isn't until tomorrow - day 4, 70 squats and 35/35 lunges complete :)

    Hope everyone enjoyed the rest day before doing today's squats.

    Finished day 5... all 70 squats without stopping! (glad I did this BEFORE Combat 60 cause I don't think I would've been able to do 10 without stopping if I did it after that workout)
