Yes, I know this is not a daily challenge per se but you can make it one for yourself! Now seeing how I hate abdominal exercises I need need need need to do this daily!
Well, how much crunching can you do today?!?! I don't mean on chips either!!!!!!! LOL!

Will be finding out tonight, Super Trainer is on vacation so no Combat tonight, but in it's place will be a bootcamp class0

In the Too Inspired June group today's bonus is 100 sit-ups will these count? I will definitely be crunching and I am sure I will hear other noises too. LOL0

Sure they count though a complete situp is not the same as a crunch - different form. The numbers in that link are really varied which seems to be way more doable then aiming to do 200 by the end of June. Thanks WW!0

We did regular crunches. cross toe touch crunches, bicycle crunches, oblique crunches (two different types), reverse crunches, toe touch crunches.... I'm not going to be bending over anytime soon.0
