I am sore but I completed day 3. Looking forward to water aerobics tomorrow after work. Maybe it will be soothing to the muscles.

    I also finished day 3 before I left for work. My body is saying "what the #%^*+? Are you doing to me?"

    I can't seem to get going early enough to do this in the morning. Did manage it tonight, though!

    I noticed some stiffness at work today when I was reaching for something on a shelf--I think I"ll really feel today's workout!

    DAY 3: Arms, Chest, Back & Shoulders - Complete

    For the most part I like the challenge today; however I did not like the bend over row.

    I think I will incorporate torso twist, hammer curls and triceps extensions as a part of one of my daily routines after this challenge.

    Hammer Curl – 8x12/8x12
    Two-Arm Triceps Extension – 10x12/8x9
    Lying Fly – 8x12/8x12
    Bent Over Row 10x12/10x20 – use heavier weight
    Shoulder Press - 5x12/5x12
    Torso Twist - 12/15
