strength training and mfp

They dont allot any calories for strength training??

    I use a heart rate monitor and log each exercise under cardio.

    Options
    Go into the cardiovascular exercise area, select strength training. They allot calories, fairly accurately. If you do circuit training that option is available as well.

    Thank you for those tips. Starting tomorrow i will log it under excercise and see. So far Ive been strength training 3 days a week but not logging it.
