I went 18 months eating 95% paleo. I had the occasional cheat, but not often (and not every day). Then due to some crappy life stuff, I fell off the wagon. I cant seem to get back into it! Im not eating a traditional SAD diet...im about 70% paleo. But each and every day for the last 6 months or so, one meal is non paleo. Mainly due to poor planning. Some days its a SAD free for all.

I really need to go back to nearly 100%. I feel so much better when im eating well!

This is really just a vent about my self control and will power. I need to figure something out to get back on the wagon.

I might be ignorant, but for me it is a matter of just deciding. You have to decide you want to do this. It really isn't that hard to plan in advance a meal or two. Then just choose to put good fuel in your body - you deserve it.
Keep poison away - it might taste good but destroys you mentally and physically.
Start today and start clean. Sometimes taking a whole30 approach gives you the structure to stay pure long enough to break the addiction.

I had the same problem. For me, it took buying pre-cut veggies and other easier but more expensive stuff for a bit to get back on track. If you can, get rid of the non-paleo stuff around you and meal plan within an inch of your life. Good luck!

70% still isn't bad. Just try improving from there, rather than thinking of it as a restart.

    All of the above!

Baby steps - work on making that 70% 75%, then 80%, etc. Cut down to 1 non-paleo meal/day. If it's a sandwich, eat the insides and skip the bread. Pizza, just eat toppings. I decided that it's worth it to me, rather than feeling like crap after eating grains.

Plan, plan, plan. I actually just saw last week, a menu plan for a whole30+OAMC (once a month cooking):

Google whole30 OAMC and a bunch more pop up.
