Trying to stick to my macros, but noticing some veggies are way higher in carbs than I ever thought. What are some veggies you snack on?

cucumber, celery, radishes, bell peppers are good snack veggies that are low-carb (since they're mostly water!). Spinach and other leafy greens are nutritious for few carbs.

I mostly eat salad vegetables. I even limit quantity of vegetables because it is necessary for my own health journey. For now, I avoid ALL starchy/sugary vegetables. Tomatoes have a fair amount of sugar (actually a fruit) and I have benefitted from limiting them, which i did initially because they are a nightshade (which resolved my last health issue of sore knees).

    My staples:
    green leafies (all)
    cabbage
    cucumber
    zucchini
    mushrooms
    onion/garlic
    small amounts of peppers, tomatoes

Kale chips are good. I am not a big fan of snacking on veggies so I usually go without. I still eat sugar free popsicles though even though they are not paleo.
