I also want to remind everyone about Earned Days Off. It's good to have one saved up for holidays and birthdays, but also for emergencies--days when you can't avoid going over your calorie budget or you're too busy to exercise.

You need to track--as in, keep track of everything you eat (write it all down, or log it on MFP)--in order to stay in the challenge. Have you been tracking every day?0 -
