    I don't know too much about the women's version but if its anything like the regular Spartacus Workout, you're gonna love it. I have the Spartacus app on my phone and it has like 5 versions of the workout. I use it on my cardio days.

    I'm really excited for this!! The DVDs are the same for men and women. I want to let everyone know it's not just for men. :) You wont bulk up with these workouts. Only if you eat a lot of calories.
