Good work Arvi. I too want to eventually reach 15% body fat. As of today I am at 22.6%.0

Yep, Arvind.
I am 5 9. 75 should be a decent number. P90X is challenging, yet fun. Hope I lose some more pounds and find myself in 'healthy BMI' range by end of 2013.0 -

My trend is so abnormal...i feel may be due to lack of consistency.:noway:0 -
Hmm.... that's almost a st line!!!
Probably you need to take a look at your diet/exercise pattern. My wife is doing ChaLean Extreme. See if you like it.0 -
I agree - looks like a consistency thing. Once you figure what works for you from a calorie and execise point of view as long as you stick to it (and change it up if you plateau) you should see a steady downward trend. It takes a lot of trial and error to find out what works for YOU since we're all different and respond in different ways.0

Great going arvind. How do you track body fat %?

And an interesting article on various other methods:

Thanks everybody for your support and encouragement... I use a weighing scale with body fat analyser - Omron HBF200. Though it may not be accurate, it gives a fair idea and a relative scale to track if I am making progress.
Though overall weight loss seem to be impressive, I am not happy with the fat loss. Just about 7% (for 12.5kg weight loss) since I started five months ago.
Slow but steadily progressing for sure... Skipped my Workout for this entire week due to work schedule. So, I weigh pretty much the same as last week.0 -
I think am stable on 68 kg now...Hopefully no upward trend..Continuity helping me..Thank you all...
Looking forward to shred balance 13 kgs.0 -
That's good. One baby-step at a time.... and lo! yours is the world and everything in it. ("If" I could say it in Kipling's words! :P )0

Pleased with my results using MFP.
I have been exercising on and off actually,. The only thing I try to ensure is walk atleast 30 minutes 3-4 times a week.
But I did an intense exercise regime during end may-beginning of June and I think these benefits are mostly due to that.
SW - 66.5Kg. - 24.4.2013
- 65 Kg - 24.5.2013
-63 Kg - 29.7.2013
Its around 4.5 kg. Not very huge if you look at statistics on MFP. However, this is the first time ever in my life that I have lost so much. My weight was anyways in healthy range before I started MFP. I am here to reduce body fat % which is very high and makes me a latent obese person. (31% at the start). I havent measured recently. But with this weightloss I think I have reduced it a bit. MFP helped me a lot in terms of tips to change my diet composition. I will measure my Body fat by end of August only.
I have another 6 kgs to lose now.0 -
