Started Phase Two today

Workout Five. HOLLLLY Cow.

I got through it but had to drop one or two things, (cable crescent flies, because my shoulders were just spent after the previous exercise, but I did do some in each segment) and once again, those stupid one legged things. My balance is crap and the wobbling may be one of the reasons why I have developed so much pain in the side of my foot with this program.

I was drenched by the end of it, but I WILL get this.

Onward and upward!

    I know how you feel. I am doing workout 7 and I hate it sooo much. It's so hard. I'm even doing an extra week of it just because I suck so bad at it! :ohwell:
