L3 D10 done! I think I may try a L1 and L2 workout tomorrow- just to see if they are any easier now! After that: Ripped in 30. So happy 30DS is done. I was getting pretty bored with it. I hope RI30 doesn't have as many planks!
I'll post some measurement changes tomorrow, but they won't be drastic. I'm working on maintaining and toning up, and this did help me achieve those goals. Unfortuantely, I think I lost the most in my chest since I'm not filling out my bras now!0 -
Finished Day 9, I'll be done tomorrow. It's definitely gotten a lot easier. I struggled through levels 1 and 2. I really hope I'm building muscle, because my scale results are making me scratch my head a lil bit. Here's how my 35 days went:
Week 1 - Lost 2 lbs
Week 2 - Lost 2 lbs
Week 3 - Lost 2 lbs
Week 4 - Lost 2 lbs (noticing a trend?)
Week 5 - Gained SIX lbs! :noway:
And its not like I ate a whole cake that week or something. Pretty constant diet throughout the month.0 -

I"ll post my stats when done and pics...but I'm also having weird scale and tape measurements this week. some days the more reliable tape measure tells me I'm almost at the same stats I was at the in the beginning. I have been eating weird this week, including meat, and drinking some alcohol. so it could just be water weight and bloating.
I really really really really hope thats what it is.
I am also extending this out until friday. so it will be a 32 day shred. I tried BFBM but I don't really like it and I'm at a loss for what to do next. maybe beachbody -turbo fire. I really like the short 20 min set.0 -
L3 D7 done. I should be done by the end of the week. I'm getting bored with this so am looking forward to moving on. I think I liked Ripped in 30 because you changed it up every week but I think I might do some of the videos on the fitness blender site.0

Level 3 Day 7 done last night. I had a couple days off, sick and had some family events going on. Almost done...3 more days! Scale hasn't changed at all thus far. Going to do measurements & pictures after I complete Level 3. I'll share the results regardless if they are good or not so great. Hopefully they will be good though.0

I finished 30DS on monday and am pretty happy with my results, especially since I'm working on maintaining. I lost 1/4" in arms, 3/4" at chest, 1/2" at waist and natural waist and hips, and no change for thighs. Well, thighs may be a little larger due to muscle - so happy that a lot of the jiggle is gone. I wish I had measured just above my knees as that fleshy area seems much firmer. I lost about 1 1/2 pounds, and 1% fat.
Best part is how much stronger I am. This morning, I tried level one again and could do all the push ups at Natalie level. When I was doing that level, I could only do half of them straight legged!

Great job CCNYE! and to everyone else who has completed! I think this group really helped me accomplish this.
I'm finishing out the week with Level 3, so a couple more days. Jump lunges are actually coming around for me. I figured out that the key is not to put hands on the hips like Jilian says to do....I have to hold them out, like I'm on a tight rope for balance.

L3 D8 done. I can't wait to finish this. I'm losing my motivation very quickly and that concerns me. I'm almost talking myself out of doing it at all. My old patterns have always been to pack it in and that means I would probably pack all exercising in and I don't want to stop. The weight gain will quickly follow and of that I'm sure.

myrealname, Don't let that inner voice talk you out of it! You can do it - only 2 more days and your done. And please think positively. The weight gain doesn't need to quickly follow, nor does muscle loss. Reward yourself for finishing, and in a day or so, get started on what's next. I rewarded my self with a new pair of shorts, shorter than the others I have since my legs look nicer. I think they'll motivate me to keep working out this summer!
Modern_eye, I'm finishing out the week with 30DS, too. Yesterday, I did level one and today level two, and I can't believe how sore my chest and glutes are! I'm sure my arms will be sore tomorrow from those darn V squats from level 2. I'll need a couple days of rest before starting Ripped in 30! :laugh:0 -

Finished today!! Woohooooooooo!!!! I am so proud of myself, with 2 kids, one a newborn, and a husband that works 12 hours a day, and no family around for help, I managed to make time (almost) every day to do this! It took me longer than 30 days but not much longer!! I am going to do my measurements tomorrow so I will post them when I'm done!! Good work everyone!!
I go on vacation in 10 days and until then I am going to do 6week 6 pack since my abs (re: newborn, lol) need the most work!!0 -
