Welcome back to another weekly challenge!!

****This week's goal *****

350 minutes of cardio or 20 miles on a treadmill, elliptical, crosstrainer, or walking/running with a pedometer.
5 days in the green (staying under in calories)
8 cups of water 5 days
2 servings of fruits and vegetables 5 days

I love abs of steel and Tamilee Webb! I still have this tape!

    Yes above, but didn't see the ab workout until now. So I didn't get that done but something to try tomorrow. :)

    Good Monday!

    I thought I would come report in, even though I did not hit the minutes of exercise! I have been slacking on updating lately. :ohwell:

    Here is how the week went:
    350 minutes of cardio ---I logged 240
    5 days in the green (staying under in calories) 000YES!
    8 cups of water 5 days --YES!
    2 servings of fruits and vegetables 5 days --YES!!!

    I even lost wieght this week! So I am all ready to start another FABULOUS week of being healthy!
