^^^^ Love this! I got my run in dark and early today on my lunch break. Logged 2.87 mi run/walk in 31 mins with C25K W4D1. 5K in 30 mins may actually be doable! Who knew... lol

    Happy Saturday!

Great run Liz! Keep at it. :)

It'll be a rest day for me today. Already went and had our last drumming lesson of the season with my son, so that was a nice little 2+mi walk. And we'll just be going to visit the kids' greatgrandmother a little later and then letting the kids go play with the neighborhood kids much later, after dark. Tomorrow will be a rest day too, but not sure what we'll do (maybe go down by the coast).

Hope everyone has a great day!

    Love the poster today!

I finally got back in my pool for a short time last night, was too tired to move much but its a start! Going back to nia this morning for first time in awhile.

Feeling better physically, the other…well step by step!

Oh Sherry, I really like that image poster above and consider it swiped!! It says it all!!

I'm "resting" from formal exercises today and doing some things around the house and outdoors before we hit triple digits today.:explode: Wished I was somewhere like Washington State where Marla lives right now because it is probably much cooler.

Sounds like it's going to be a nice Saturday for both of you today.

Marla - glad to know you are feeling better and have a nice time at the Nia class.:flowerforyou:

Sherry - it's nice that your children will get to see their great-grandmother...a blessing. Have a good time on both "rest" days as I will too.
