    60 squats done in 3 sets of 20! Shaky, tired legs, but that's good! Most I've done in over a year, sad to say!

    Sore today so I changed my strategy. Did treadmill for 7 min, then knocked out the squats before I could get too tired. Then did my cardio. The cardio after the squats helped me not feel the soreness as much.
    Now 2 baby aspirin :)

    Day 2 complete! My legs were ready to give out after 40, but I powered through. Tomorrow it's gonna hurt though.

    Today I had a huge headache and as soon I felt better, I did my squats .... My legs are killing me!
