    Today I had a huge headache and as soon I felt better, I did my squats .... My legs are killing me!

    Great work everyone! 60 down today after my run. One set 30 and two sets of 15. OUCH on the 30.

    60 done, 40 overhead (Arms straight up, holding a towel taut over my head.) and 20 sumo.

    I did the 60 w/ two pound weights in each hand! I did 6 miles on the treadmill plus walked 1 1/2 miles outside! We will be leaving on vacation tomorrow for 10 days! Renting a cabin in the woods so planning on taking lots of hikes!

    60 squats done. It helped to separate them into three sets for me.

    The last time I lost the weight I hired a personal trainer. He had me do a lot of running, squats, lunges and burpees

    Silly me! I thought Day 2 was 70 squats!!! I did a set of 50 then an additional 20 yesterday.
