I'm curious to know what a good schedule would be to split up my cardio and lifting workouts. The only weights i have are hex dumbells (20 lbs being the heaviest) a barbell, and some mixed plates. I also practice martial arts, and am looking to shed some fat, but build muscle at the same token. My cardio consists of some treadmill work and MA.........and i'm going to be adding sparring (which will be on Mondays and Wednesdays) to my training as well. My problem is that i'm not sure how to devise a schedule to accommodate all of this. Any input would be appreciated.....

First of all, losing weight and gaining muscle at the same time is EXTREMELY hard. It's usually one or the other first. And with 20lb being your heaviest weights you have at home, I doubt you're going to be seeing any big muscle gains anytime soon.

Lift weights on days you're not doing cardio. Or do both do both on the same day. It's up to you really. it's your body ;)

On your non sparring MA days, are you just doing drills? And how many days a week is this?

On days where I have regular class, we just go over self-defense, and poomsae. Sometimes my instructor will throw in a cardio-based class to mix things up. Mostly i'll be going three times a week, with the sparring classes being on Mon and Wed, and the regular classes on those days too, but on Friday it's just a normal class.

I'd look at a full body program done Tuesday, Thursday, and either Saturday or Sunday, take the other weekend day as a full rest day.

Given your lack of equipment availability you may need to look into either bodyweight training or some combination of bodyweight with the addition of freeweights. Convict Conditioning would be one example although a gym membership may be ideal.
