Who has an online coach/prep coach and why did you hire one? what has been your experience so far? do you think it has helped bring your physique to the next level?

    I have one her name is Erin Plato, you can find her on Facebook. I just went with her making me up a meal plan to reduce bodyfat. She asked me what my goals are, current weight with pic's, she can also due a workout routine, It worked great for me dropped 5lbs and at 16% bodyfat, she charges $60.00. she is a bikini pro..
