Week # 6 Exercise Challenge
July 1st - July 7th

I know we've already had squats but going to do them again but up the amount for the week.

100 squats a day.

Either all at once or over the course of the day.

If you're interested in joining in just post "done" next to the day is it when you have them done for the day.

This week we'll have a double bonus
1- 30 push ups - Anyway you can do them normal, girly, wall, on a ball, against a table ect.
2 - Chest flys - 3 sets of 8-10

If you don't have a bench you could use your coffee table (Unless its a glass top table! Unless you want your *kitten* to go through and break it). These can also just be done while laying on the ground.

If doing Bonuses add - Done + 1 or Done +1 & 2 if doing both.

    Since we already did squats(and ive done about 4 of them already)I'm making my challenge the bonuses instead.
