180 squats done!!!!! (days 1-3).. Had to break them up but got them all done. Tomorrow will feel so much easier I think. Well unless my legs hate me lol. I'm hoping to do them all at once tomorrow.0

Done. Thanks God Almighty! Done. I had to break mine up into two sets, am 40 and pm 30. Was just the way I had to do it for time reasons...needless to say, I can barely sit down to pee because any getting up and down at this point is PAINFUL LOL!0

Instead of my husband doing them with me he his helping with my balance and form. I'm not able to get my legs to go parallel to theground. I think that's why I'm only feeling it iny quads and my back is starting to hurt.0 -
