                    75 squats today. We had our mini break yesterday and today were back adding more on to feel the burn. We can do this. I was super sore yesterday and it went away in the afternoon. Today when I did the 75 I wasn't even sore. Awesome. I cant wait to see the results at the end of the month.  What do you all think about while doing your squats. Usually I just think omg omg omg each time I go down and up. lol. I even started counting backwards because it made it feel like less. Hope everyone had a happy holiday and good luck on your 75 today 
A little side not. Dont forget proper form. I still have the video link posted. It never hurts to double check that you are doing things right especially if you are an amateur like me

            Told my P/T about joining this challenge. Had a session with him today and he added weights, ouch! Did the 75 and a couple more. Dreading the 200, but I guess when were there we won't really notice them so much :-)0
