Quick and Easy 3-Ingrediant Quiche !

Options
Ingrediants:
- 6 Medium (Kroger) Eggs
- 10oz Fresh Spinach
- 1 Medium Orange Pepper

Preheat oven to 350F; mix together all your ingrediants (make sure all the spinach is chopped and mixed well with the egg).
Once heated place your pan in the oven for 30 minutes to cook.

DONE!

Have fun and substitute/add/change anything you want. This is a very delicious no-crust breakfast.

    I cook my quiche in a pie pan with or without the crust.

    Sounds so easy! And to put them in a muffin tray, brilliant. Do you think this would freeze OK, or is there too much water in the capsicum/pepper? On my to do list.
