Level 7

OMG level 7 is HARD!!!:sad: LOL I really liked the level but wow, although I can say that I am much stronger then I was at the begining. Level 2 I was not able to hold and do the plank moves (had to be on my knee) but now when ever there are plank moves I am able to get through it without modifying so YAY me LOl ALso Here is something awesome. I have never lost in my arms, because I never gain in my arms, even at my heaviest my arms were 11 inches, well I skipped the arm section in level 6 and did the MAT DVD arm section instead, and wouldnt you know it I lost 1/4 inch off my arms!! So I am not sure if its from doing the longer arm section from the MAT video of just something that was going to happen anyways but Ill take it. Also since Im unsure if this is due to the arms or not, I have decided to include the extra arms fro MAT even if I do the Meta arms. Hope that made sence. Anyways Good luck to all the lovely ladies still committed to TAM:drinker:

    I take it back level 7 is Tracy's love child with Satan, OMG I am so tired after doing it that I dont want to do the Cardio, like at all!!! I might skip cardio today, Otherwise I might die. Between this and the 2 challenges I am just feeling done.

    If you are doing TAM Meta Mat, cardio, and an ab and squat challenge, perhaps you've ventured into the "doing too much" territory? It seems like alot to me...Lol... Maybe cut back or revamp for this last push through the end of the challenge?

    I may have bit off too much. I might just skip cardio if I need to over this next level, I can't quit the challenges so that only leaves the cardio to be cut from the team. But I will take it one day at a time. I feel bad about not doing the cardio now maybe I will still sneak itin later today after work.
