It seems like just yesterday that I reported to you but it has actually been two weeks and I would like to apologize for the delay and absence last week. The results are absolutely astounding this month and I need to congratulate everyone for a job well done. For all three reports, there were 251 participants on the spread sheet.

For week 4, there were 72 people that lost (total of 110.3lbs), 143 that stayed the same or did not record, 36 people that gained (57.6lbs).
