    Damn Jess! I guess I'm in I'll start tomorrow it will help me look great once I take my pictures at the end of the 30 day shred. I guess that means 40 minutes of Cardio or so =)

    Cardio party three, done. About to take another walk. Ready to own this 60o calories. I am above for the day obviously, but I want to be sure the burn is for exercise. Wish I could tell what I burned from my strength training

    Tomorrow is sprint training so I have no doubt It's gonna get there lol

    Day 1: Zumba 543 calories (didn't make it to 600, dang it!) I'll make up for it today.

    It was lightening outside so I couldn't do my sprints, Insanity instead :)

    Day 2: Hubby and I spent the day out shopping for a coming vacation and we got home late. :( I'll try to make up for it during the next few days.
    Day 3: 300 something soo far but will jump on my bike of do some zumba to get to 600.
