I managed to meet my goal Tuesday, when I started, with 897 calories burned with exercise. Unfortunately Wednesday I only reached 551 because my afternoon walk got rained out so I went home and took a nap! Yesterday I burned 805 with exercise and today I'm already at 490. My husband and I will take a walk tonight which will get me to 600.

I would love to get into this challenge but I've been so depressed and it's so freakin' hot in Arizona. I can't ride my bike outside anymore so calories aren't burning as much as I want them to.0

also it's good to note that by burning the 600 calories each day, that's over 1 lb of calories burnt for the week. On top of the calorie counting.
