That's great to hear!
I think some people wonder how it can be possible to show a gain on the scale but a loss on the tape measure! But it does happen!0 -
I do additional cardio as well......I sure need to!!! : )0

I end Phase 1 right during my period. I know my weigh in at that time with be off but will my measurements be off much due to bloating? I want to take them before I start phase 2 but wonder if I should wait until after my TOM.0

I start today but with the cardio to do it during the week also im doing RI30 and im on week 2 Day 2. I hope to see more changes with BR the cardio is awesome but in one point i was so tired but i do it all because i know i can do it!0
