Starting Weights

So here it is... the dreaded weigh-in.

I will start. As of today 7-13-13 I weigh 162. When I joined MFP 1-1-2013 I weighed 194. Down 32 lbs so far.

I like to post mine in a small chart like this:

    Heyyy everybody! I joined MFP about 5-6 weeks ago, and I'm joining groups to get more motivation, for those last 15 pounds! I still have more to go, but my goal is to be 160 by the time I get back to school, and then to continue on to maybe 140-150? The numbers don't mean much, I just want to look and feel my best!

    Okay, it is what it is what it is, my starting weight is 160. I've been up and down for the last few years and I need some motiviation and accountability, so here we go, starting July 13, 2013.

    I've fluctuated within the same 10 pound range for the last year (was 137 a year ago, got down to 127 in January). I am so ready to toss this extra weight! My goal weight is 115-125 (depends on body composition and how I like it). I've really struggled with getting a good routine, but I think with my toddlers (2 and 4) finally actually sleeping through the night it will make things easier to get up before they do to get some exercise in.

    The dreaded WI Day. Starting on Monday at 168.
    Already connected my FitBit to MyFitness Pal, so nice to see the exercise stack up.
    Unfortunately, it is Monday so I had to have a coffee to get me started. I ordered a medium instead of a large. :)

    Here's to 12 weeks of declining numbers!!!

    My starting weight is 160 lbs. I can weight to see that number go down. I am thinking doing a personal challenge for the month of August. It will be clean eating for the whole month. I mean eggs and yogurt for breakfast, tuna and fruit for lunch, chicken breasts and veggies for dinner with a protein shake at some point. I have a problem with eating horrible on the weekends and when I visit my mother she always has to comment on my healthing eating. I want to switch my mindset of eating for pleasure over to eating for health and she doesnt understand that. But I wont let her or the weekends get to me any more!
