            Damn Jess! I guess I'm in I'll start tomorrow it will help me look great once I take my pictures at the end of the 30 day shred. I guess that means 40 minutes of Cardio or so

 June 11: 1235 (JMBR, 2.5 uphill walk with friend, ZR)

 June 13: 305 (JMBR - too hot to work out)
 June 14: 780 (swimming at the beach and hiking)
 June 15: 645 (JMBR & ZR on treadmill)
 Total: 5355 calories burned.
 Lost: 1.2 lbs (only 1/2 inch on waist - but I'll take it ) )

            Hi, i don't know if this tread is still going on but, i wanted to say that i restarted ,and focus and having this 600 cal burn a day goal is been helping me a lot.
 With that said i burn my goal today. I have a Bodybugg that helps me know how much am burning per activity.
