7/17 IFP whats your favorite healthy snack

Good Morning! After 3 days of shakes I'm really looking forward to some of my favorite foods today. My favorite go-to snacks are luna bars and blue diamond flavored almonds but I'm ready to shake things up and I'm sure everyone is always looking for ideas.
So what are your favorite "good for you" treats?

Almonds are awesome to have on hand! I'm loving plain Greek yogurt with a little honey right now. It's super satisfying and protein packed. Also, microwave popcorn. The sodium is not so great, but it knocks out that salty-wanna-eat-something-naughty craving that creeps up at around 3 or 4 o'clock.0

Sliced strawberries or nectarines with nonfat greek yogurt on top and a drizzle of honey...SO good and it gets me closer to hitting my protein numbers!!0

I eat a ton of organic golden flax seeds just raw, and chew them up so 1) they keep my face occupied and 2) I get the nutrients that I wouldn't get if swallowing them whole. It takes the place of a lot of other higher-calorie, not-good snacks for me.0

String cheese, almonds, sometime just a cup of chicken broth, 1/2 of avocado. Boiled egg. A protein shake with unsweetened almond milk.0
