Hi all, My name is Bernie, and I live near Canterbury. Been using MFP for 265 days according to my streak I have lost 63 lbs and am at my goal weight. I am working on improving my BF%. I workout 5 times a week, mostly strength training/weights. Currently having some health issues which has impacted my exercise regime but I am looking forward to getting back to it next week.0
