I'm using a medicine ball and a kettlebell for exercise

I don't know if I am asking this question properly. I apologize for my lack of knowledge in this area.

I am currently using a 12 pound medicine ball and a 3-in-1 Kettlebell (5-8-12 lbs) twice a week. I exercise with these on average for five to ten minutes at a time.

Should I use these more than twice a week?

I am also considering getting a lighter weight medicine ball for part of my routine.

I am hoping for some advice. Thank you!
