Walk 3 miles or more per week.

Week #1: July 22- July 28th -
Week #2: July 29th - Aug 4th -
Week #3: Aug 5th - Aug 11th -
Week #4: Aug 12th - Aug 18th -
Week #5: Aug 19th - Aug 25th -
Week #6: Aug 26th - Sept 1st. -

*Write "done" at the end of the week when finished and how many miles you got in.

**Remember if walking outside to take water with you in this insane heat!

    Can I change the challenge to fit me? I know I can walk more than 3 miles in a week. I want to shoot for 9 miles a week.

    Hi! I had the same issue and checked the Help section, where I learned that you can only update your posts for one hour after you submit them. Because of that, I'm just keeping track of my miles and will post them to the challenge at the end of the week.
