Hi all, just a quick question. I did CLX last summer and got decent results. I then did P90X and Body Beast. I'm a runner and am currently training for a full marathon. I joined a training clinic so I do group runs and have no flexibility with the schedule. I've noticed since I stopped weight training though that my pants seem slightly tighter in the waist/hip area so I think I've gotten softer. I want to resume lifting and want to do the 3 main workouts each week. I would eliminate intervals and the Burn it off one since time is limited for me with my running. Since my running schedule is inflexible, I'd have to do two CLX workouts back to back so it would look like this for a week.
Monday: Burn 1
Tuesday: Burn 2
Friday: Burn 3
Do you think it would be alright to have the Monday and Tuesday back to back?

I think it would be okay. Or just add in 2 CLX circuits a week and do Recharge on the off day. I just started T25 and am MISSING CLX so badly... feeling soft just like you. So I'm adding in 2 circuits a week with the regular T25 schedule.0

Seems fine to me because in the CLX schedule you do thurs & fri circuits back to back so you're just flipping em around to mon-tues instead. (well that's if you start the week of schedule on monday - you get what I mean though lol)0
