So You Think You Can Squat: http://train.elitefts.com/instructional/so-you-think-you-can-squat-parts-1-5/
Thanks for sharing this. Ever since my surgery, I've used a more quad dominant stance. I watched these last night and reassessed my form this morning.
Much appreciated.
I watched these videos (at least 1-3) and he says to keep your head UP during the squat. In Starting Strength, Mark Rippetoe says to keep your head down looking at a point 4 to 5 feet in front of you on the floor.0 -
I'll definitely be checking these out!0

I like Mark Rippetoe's videos for the basic barbell techniques. Check him out on Youtube.
My personal preference is Dave Tate for bench press over Rippetoe however I still think Rip's info is legit and this is really just a personal preference on my part.
agreed.
I get my info from elitefts.net, they have some good videos on youtube as well.
Dave Tate > Rip
He's stronger, has more experience, gives more back to the strength community, etc.0 -

Ripp also has a video of him squatting 315x10 with questionable form, and slow speed.
Matt Wenning (from the SYTYCS video) squats over a grand................

Last night I watched the "so you think you can bench" series. This morning I used some of the techniques I learned and I CRUSHED my bench press, as well as incline press. They almost felt effortless. I can't wait to watch the others. Thanks again to all for your reccomendations.
This one? I really need to examine my technique as I'm stalled.
