    Yea I was too! it took me 2+ years for someone to finally push me to take a chance! :) I really just want to put my story out there and get people to workout, eat cleaner, and become healthy!

    Hi! I am a coach and I started this thread for individuals to have support, accountability and most of all share there goals and successes. I didn't want to recruit customers from this group, but hoped to make friends. Besides there isn't supposed to be any type of sales on MFP. Please any coaches out there don't try and recruit on my challenge group. Thank you for understanding.:smile:
