175 squats today 8 sets of 25 for me. Wow we are so darn close to completing our month. I am so happy to see a few of you stuck around with us. I have been emailed quite a few times about making a August group? Something different though. Any suggestions?

I'd be interested in doing core strength training, push ups etc. My arms are so weak, I could do with putting some strength into them.0 -
