Week 1

Fit tip: Take your weight and divide by two. This is how many oz of water you should be drinking a day! My rule is that I have to have drinken all of my H20 before I have anything else to drink. This is awesome for weight loss because it keeps you hydrated, flushes out the toxins and keeps you feeling full so you don't over eat. If you aren't hydrated, you can mistake your body needing water for being hungry so drink up!
